Another successful store transformation delivered
Our team recently completed one of our first larger-format projects for Mid Counties Co-op (Our Co-op) at Bidford-on-Avon, replacing 21 existing refrigeration cabinets with 25 new A2L refrigeration cases built to the latest Co-op specification. The installation formed part of an ambitious store shutdown programme delivered within a compressed timeframe.
Collaboration drove success
With a demanding programme, new product specifications and evolving project requirements, the success of the project relied on close collaboration, adaptability and meticulous planning.
From prioritising factory production and coordinating phased deliveries to working seamlessly alongside the refrigeration contractor and principal contractor, every team played a vital role in keeping the programme on schedule and ensuring the installation progressed smoothly.

A special mention goes to our installation team, whose professionalism, attention to detail and commitment ensured a high-quality installation. Their efforts were supported by excellent preparation from our factory team, with no material shortages on site throughout the project.
